The FlxMesh 4G
The FlxMesh 4G (GPS Enabled) allows for geographical tracking of FlexMesh nodes that are stationary or mobile, integrated into a common operating picture (COP) with our MCW Wireless Network Management Solution (NMS). This allows our customers to have the capability to track deployed network assets, to include mobile units real-time over-laid on a map or imagery (features offered on our NMS).
Typical uses are offered in the public safety and emergency communications services area, with the mobile nodes. However, stationary node deployments for wireless architectures widely benefit from the geographic tracking capability by providing maintenance and administrators exact locations of the Mesh Nodes, thereby reducing truck role and maintenance times.
**Note: The GPS Enabled feature on the nodes can be offered on any FlxMesh 4 platform, however must be requested at time of ordering.
